Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Devin Pinto brings over 16 years of distinguished culinary and hospitality experience to Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. Renowned for his refined technique and elevated sensibility, Chef Devin has led award-caliber culinary programs that balance innovation, precision, and an uncompromising commitment to guest experience.

His career highlights include earning a coveted Forbes Five-Star rating at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, serving as Executive Chef for two acclaimed restaurants at Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort for two years, directing signature dining concepts and bespoke in-room dining experiences, and spearheading multiple high-profile restaurant openings and expansion initiatives. He also played an integral role in the opening of St. Cruz at The Leo Kent Hotel.
