Executive Chef Devin Pinto brings over 15 years of culinary experience to the kitchen to craft a dining experience that celebrates the natural beauty of the surroundings while elevating the art of hospitality. The Westin La Paloma’s signature restaurant indulges sophisticated diners seeking American modern cuisine in a space that feels at once fresh and inviting. Catering and event space is available for private gatherings.

Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Devin Pinto has a deep passion for culinary arts and 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Devin’s culinary journey began in Tucson, where his love for food was nurtured from a young age in the kitchen alongside his mother while preparing a variety of cuisines. Throughout his career, Devin has received a Forbes 5-Star rating at The Ritz Carlton, Dove Mountain. He has operated signature restaurants and in-room dining services, oversaw several expansion projects and successfully opened multiple restaurants. He also played a pivotal role in the opening of The Leo Kent Hotel.
